In this beautifully shot experiential documentary, a once-prosperous village perches on the brink of extinction after being inundated by a mysterious flood. Three families remain in the partially submerged town in Northwestern Mexico. Despite their loneliness and the threat of violence from the Sinaloa drug cartel, they carry on the tasks of their daily existence.
